✨?? it's Eating Disorder Awareness Week, today I visited UK charity BEAT and I wanted to share my #SockitSelfie to spread awareness and help raise support for EDs & mental health. Some of you may know my journey but I've been modelling for over 12 years and initially I received a lot of body scrutiny & was dropped for being too curvy. The last few years I've spent learning to love my body because it's my home. As soon as I stopped comparing myself to others (esp other models who I aspired to be like) and realised we are all special because we are unique I became more confident. I feel a responsibility to share what I've learnt and hopefully try to help others. You really are more than a label or a size and your self worth is not defined by anyone but you. I love that so many of you support me and empower each other really love how we can positively use @Instagram to spread awareness and share our voices...
