This makes me SO mad. 
For those of you that don't know, you need to read this.
Kesha was allegedly raped and sexually abused by her producer, Dr Luke, for over ten years. Please note that with this post, I'm not trying to persuade your opinion. I am stating the facts and giving MY opinion. She is stuck in contract with him, and is basically being blackmailed into not being able to record new music without giving money to him. Sony has done NOTHING to resolve the issue, and stays supporting Dr Luke and his actions. There have been several similar allegations about Dr Luke from other woman, but all of them have been dismissed, and disregarded, leaving no physical proof of the assault. Kesha was suing Dr Luke for sexual assault, not asking for money. All she asked was to be released from her Sony contract so she could record music without the fear of being violated by Dr Luke again. Today, she went into court, and was DENIED freedom from her contract. She is stuck with Sony, and cannot record new music elsewhere. 
IF YOU DO NOT LIKE KESHA, THAT IS NOT AN EXCUSE TO DISREGARD THIS POST!!!
This isn't just about Kesha or her music. Even if you hate her music, this is VERY important.
Why is the government allowed to determine whether a woman was raped or not? If she was making it up, she would've asked for money. All she is asking is to be removed from a situation in which she would be forced to work with her abuser. 
Don't look at this as Kesha not being able to make new music. Look at this as a woman that was denied freedom by a judge after being sexually assaulted, for fear of her "crying wolf".
She is stuck in contract for 6 MORE ALBUMS. 
I am outraged, and very upset. 
THIS IS NOT THE FACE OF A LIAR! THIS IS THE FACE OF A GIRL THAT JUST LOST EVERYTHING! 
All we can do now is spread awareness. PLEASE I beg you, spread the word. PLEASE tag people. Don't let this issue go unresolved.
