#flexfridays ? Never have I felt so confident, strong, beautiful, powerful and sexy since I started weight training. The feeling it has given me is crazy!!! ? I Cannot recommend it enough ladies ?? Ps. This picture was taken after an upper body session hence the mini 'pump' I've got going on. I don't walk around like this day to day before the "you've gone too far" or "you look like a man" comments ???
