Here's the VP giving remarks at the Port of New Orleans, with the Greater New Orleans Bridge in the background. At every step of the remarks-drafting process with policy and speechwriting staff, the Vice President likes to constantly remind us of the importance of explaining it so real people can relate, not using "bureaucrat-speak."
