RECIPE
• Dice an onion. Throw it into a pot on medium heat with some oil • Add chopped cloves of garlic and ginger (in whatever amounts you know you'll appreciate) • Once the onion is translucent, add diced potatoes and cook for a few more minutes, stirring occasionally • When the bottom of your pot has turned brown, pour in about a cup of water or broth and scrape the bottom clean with a wooden spoon • Add 1tsp turmeric, 3tsp curry powder and 1 Tbsp honey • Let cook for a few more minutes, stirring occasionally • Add in a (rinsed) can of chickpeas and cauliflower florets • Let it cook for a few more minutes • Finally, add sliced red peppers and frozen peas, with salt and cayenne pepper to taste • Cover the pot and reduce the heat. Let simmer for 10-15 minutes • Enjoy with basmati rice! #Enjoy
