Happy Valentine's Day! So Dennis is NOT big on planned romantic gestures. He hates taking kissing photos, buys me flowers once a year at best and gets stressed out over gifts for my birthday. He is still plenty romantic... but just doesn't like commercial holidays☺️ I got this trip for us and all of a sudden he tells me; "it's going to RAIN Valentine's gifts on you this weekend". Gifts? For real? Well - so it has?

Without further ado I present you: a complete list of my Valentine's gifts!?➡️1️⃣During lunch at Miami airport he grabs a French fry from his plate, gently dips it in ketchup and hands it to me as if it was a perfect rose. He whispers; "Number 1" and goes on eating his meal. 2️⃣Walking to the gate with my carry-on, I feel a hand on mine. I glance over and Dennis is looking at me lovingly, helping me push my bag over a small ledge. He squeezed my hand, under his breath said "Number 2!" - and then let go.
3️⃣At Starbucks, I grab my latte and start walking away. Dennis yells "WAAAIT!", lunges toward me, grabs my cup and then ever so gracefully, slides a sleeve over it. "Don't burn your fingers. PS - Number 3."
4️⃣On the plane to BC he falls asleep on my shoulder, wakes up, wipes the drool off his chin and tells me; "I'm so happy you are my wife. Number 4"
5️⃣Happily got us forks and napkins at cafe after skiing the first day. "Number 5!!"
6️⃣Last night before going to bed I couldn't find my charger so he unplugged his phone and plugged mine in. This is a big one! Number 6.
7️⃣My back is acting up so I had to take a break from skiing today. I was grumpy about it all morning and suddenly started feeling upset about it being V-day and him not getting me anything. Dennis kissed me on the nose, grabbed his snowboard and headed out. I get up to the room, grumpier than ever, and there is a HUGE bouquet of flowers. Flowers!!!!!! The card read: "#7". 8️⃣We just met up for lunch and took this photo. Number 8!!! Conclusion: I have the weirdest, funniest, most romantic husband in the entire world. I love you @dennisfromsalad !❤️ Way to go for both lowering and raising the bar for all husbands out there that don't know what to get their wives for V-day??? #LOL #love!
