Recognize the other person is you :: years ago as I walked through the farmers market the tiny sidewalk with barely room for me with a baby strapped on and my two boys next to me. I was pushing a stroller and as I was walking I accidentally bumped into an older woman with the stroller . She let out a yell and her elderly husband kicked my stroller and yelled how dangerous I was . It was an intense moment:: today I looked out my window and saw that same couple the woman walking with a walker and the man helping her holding her back :: I could feel the love and care he had for this woman:: recognize the other person is you :: yes:: he adores and protects this woman: his reaction to me those years ago as much as they were unnecessary came from his love for her:: compassion filled my heart :: #annapurnaliving #fiercegracecollective #kundaliniyoga #yogibhajan
