I'll be documenting for the next few weeks the journey and needs of refugees who are making the long journey through Europe. More than a million people took that journey last year. 2016 so far is no different. Thousands of refugees take life threatening rides in tiny crowded boats from Turkey to a Greek island and then continue their exhausting trip by ferries, trains, buses and on foot day after day in an attempt to find a safe haven from war.
