A New York City Council vote on a plan by Mayor Bill de Blasio to make changes to the current carriage horse ride situation has been cancelled after the Teamsters union refused to support it. The deal would have reduced the current horse fleet from 220 to 90. Please CALL ?the Speaker of the New York City Council, Melissa Mark-Viverito, and ask her to protect our horses.
