OWEN DIPPIE’S ALADDIN SANE MURAL “...painting our faces...” Following on from NOIR artist having completed a mural commissioned by Sony Music Belgium for David Bowie’s ★ album, details of another excellent Bowie mural have surfaced.
Australian Bowie fan, John Larkin, tells us that the Aladdin Sane Eyes Open/Eyes Closed mural was spray painted by Owen Dippie of New Zealand, on the hoardings of a building renovation in central Wollongong, New South Wales, Australia.
Owen Dippie specialises in large scale street art and you can see him at work on the mural in our montage.
