Behind the scenes at @oneoeight.tv HQ! My favorite thing about oneOeight is how real and genuine everything is. Nothing is made up or orchestrated. If someone falls over in class, you'll watch that from home later. If there is a stumble, pools of sweat, spontaneous laughter... We keep it all. It's real life, raw moments, real teachings. We don't tell our teachers what they "should be" teaching - I just want every guide to offer to the world exactly what's genuine and true to them. No one was chosen because of social media stats or popularity. We're an eclectic mix of people of all backgrounds with different styles of teaching and ideas about the world. What unites us all is our love for yoga, for community, for authentic living, for helping the world heal.
