A new running route is as good as a rest! Today a small but perfectly formed #ELLEfit team comprising deputy editor @lottejeffs, picture assistant @catpykett and bookings assistant @_evapineda took to the streets of #London at lunchtime – we jogged over #HungerfordBridge, along the #Southbank and back over #WestminsterBridge in just under 30mins, rather than our usual turn around Green Park and we all agreed that a change of scene left us feeling more invigorated and ready for an afternoon back at the office.
