My friend @ミラーナ・ヴァイントゥルーブ is a refugee...and after watching her recent video, I can't do nothing.
Today, I donated $20 to UNHCR (the UN Refugee Agency) as part of the #CantDoNothing movement, and I challenge @ジェイミー・キング, @olgakay, @rebeccazamolo, @shiralazar, and @juliapricemusic to help spread the message. Aside from donating, here are all the ways you can be of assistance:

1. Watch @ミラーナ・ヴァイントゥルーブ's moving video on cantdonothing.org that documents her recent experience with the refugees in Greece. It's a great way to learn about the crisis and why it's so important to help. Share the video on Facebook.
2. Donate, whatever you can, to the UNHCR to help keep refugees warm and safe - www.unhcr.org.
3. Take the #cantdonothing challenge and share a photo/video of you with the hashtag on social media and tag 3 friends. Spreading the word is a great way to help raise more money and awareness of the cause.
4. Volunteer - go to cantdonothing.org to learn about ways you can volunteer to help!
