Targeting the lower body, upper body & core, and work within all three planes of motion. Perform 12-15 repetitions of this move one immediately after the other. Complete as many rounds as possible in 30 minutes and you're done!
Step your foot back at a 45 degree angle, lowering your knee towards the floor. Step back into a squat position and immediately jump. Land with soft knees, dropping back down into a squat. Repeat the curtsy lunge on the opposite leg. Perform 12-15 repetitions. To modify this move, remove the jump. #HarrodsSports
