It is with incredible sadness that I have to tell you that Kirby has passed away. Last night he had another full urinary blockage and after 14 weeks of pain and unanswered prayers since the last blockage, my answer finally came in a warm and peaceful feeling. It's surreal. I feel such loss and sorrow but also a sense of relief that he doesn't have to suffer anymore. Three years ago this month Kirby entered my life and I will always cherish my time with him. He filled the hole in my heart while dealing with infertility issues. He's my first baby and I already miss him. I've been waiting for a significant event to finally post my favorite picture of Kirby; the face of the little dum dums. I never imagined the significant event would be saying goodbye. I hope you love this picture as much as I do. I will be taking some time off IG to mourn this beautiful boy. Goodbye, sweet Kirby. I love you and will see you again. -Mama
