Genuinely if I was 10yrs younger I would have taken up boxing properly. I absolutely love it. Ive still got a lot to learn with my technique and footwork but for me mentally, I can't go wrong. Plus it's amazing cardio! I was knackered after this and the pads weren't hitting me back! Thanks @mike_taylormade_taylor for persevering with me and being so patient. I will get there.... Eventually ?
