Fiquei menstruada duas vezes no mês por stress.
Sai dos eua no peso da luta e cheguei la e fiquei menstruada novamente, resultado? 5 kg a mais!
Tivemos que tirar o peso na banheira e na sauna, juro que foi um dos piores dias da minha vida.
Mas na pesagem ao publico consegui,.
Vivo de dieta, mas controlar o emocional foi dificil.
Obrigado a minha equipe que ficou comigo na suana, banheira, que me deram até banho pois ja estava no meu limite!
