What if every instance of
human existence just keeps getting lost
because they became so technologically
advanced they completely stopped using tangible
mediums, like rock, paper, paint, ect. to
document their history and instead
completely adopted more technologically advanced systems.
Then inevitably, some
cataclysmic event wiped those instances of humanity and their advancements off the face of the earth and the only existing proof of their advancements were the discarded simple, tangible, records carved on rock and written or printed on paper?
