Sooo today was very frustrating ?
I did my normal PR(Personal Record) on squats at 195lbs for 1. I tried for 205lbs, but in the bottom of my squat I couldn't stand back up. After resting I tried again a second time (probably should have stopped after the first fail) that time on the way up broke posture, the weight rolled and dropped, missed the catch bars. Hurt my neck on the way down. I was pissed! ?? I haven't been able to break 195pounds yet. That is my MAX, physically all my body can squat....for now.

Currently my mind is stronger than my body, it says, "You can do this!!" My body says, "hahahaha nope." But I will do my supportive exercises to strengthen my back and build my legs. I will squat for a PR again in a few weeks, and I WILL break 200lbs!! Focused. Positive. Strong.
