Happy 11th birthday to our baby boy ? We rescued him when he was 1.5 years old after hearing from my moms friend that he will be put down if no one adopts him. He was at the shelter for months prior to getting adopted and he was scrawny with scars on his face. His fur was so matted we had to shave him down. We agreed to take him in without knowing anything about him, not even a picture- but it was the best decision ever! I still remember the night he came home and he was so happy to have a place to run and sleep comfortably. A dog is seriously one of the greatest joys in life. They know how much you love them and they will love you 10x more even if you forget to feed them. LOL. I love you hap hap! #adoptdontshop
