I went offline for a few hours the other day as part of @aetna's ‪#‎Mindful30 challenge. I realized that I didn't just take away the pressure of posting something new, I alleviated the temptation to check to see how the thing I posted was doing (how many "likes" it got, etc.), which plays a larger part in my day than I previously thought.
