Today's glorious lunch at Jyanome Sushi, Ishinomaki city.

On the menu: Boiled oyster, Shirako Ponzu, Assorted sushi, and "Wazake", Japanese Salmon.

Wazake is an ocean-farmed silver salmon that has a clean and refined taste that is super healthy and great for raw dishes (it's so hard to find salmon suitable for raw consumption in KL!!), and also contains 3 times more Astaxanthin, an antioxidant compared to other Atlantic or trout salmon available in Malaysia.
