Just had a very inspirational and insightful conversation with with my brother and friend of TOO many years Reginald Hudland who is the producer of the Oscars this year..... He reassured me that significant changes are coming and that this backlash and negative energy about the lack of inclusion has and will continue to effect change....... As I mentioned before either you stand for SOMETHING of you will fall for ANYTHING...... It's really about when you have to leave your families, as an actor, director, producer, writer, special effects, or wardrobe YOU DID THE WORK!!!!!! And YOU should have an opportunity for your work and effort to be recognized like everyone else...... Doesn't matter what your race, tax bracket or sexual preference is....... This is America!!!! Over 6,500 Academy Voting members and only 300+ are minorities....... Things HAVE TO CHANGE...... Or we will just complain and things will stay the same........ I fear no man but the lord Jesus Christ I walk IN my truth everyday......... Rather you agree with what I say or not..... It's about sparking a real dialogue....... And chipping away at change........
