Many of you might know, that I'm a huge LeBron James and Cleveland Cavaliers fan and I follow the NBA closely. Yesterday the team had to make a hard decision, they let the head coach go. Right now, the are the best in the Eastern Conference, but they know it will not be enough. LeBron is a huge inspiration for me, his performance and his mentality. He is always striving for greatness and never settles for good enough. Many criticized the manager of the Cavaliers (David Griffin) for the decision, but he expressed that he is doing everything for the team to reach their full potential and be the best they can be!
