8. On May 31st, 2015 my best friend @melissafindley and I were the first people on Maya Bay, Koh Phi Phi Lee. Despite being over populated and struggling with the resulting pollution, it is still as breathtaking as years ago. This was an extremely significant day for myself and my family. Ten years ago, to the day, I was in a bad car accident that left me heavily injured. To go from not knowing if I would ever walk again, to spinning and dancing with sand between my toes, to falling over in to the water while hysterically laughing is a blessing that never goes unnoticed. If you are considering visiting I definitely recommend it, but please enjoy respectfully and take any rubbish with you. #tuulatravels
