To coincide with @saatchi_gallery's first all-female exhibition, #ChampagneLife, featured artist @mequittaahuja is taking over the AnOther Instagram feed with a selection of inspiring, shadow-themed imagery. First up, a detail of her beautiful painting Seated Scribe (2015). "As legend has it, painting began when a woman traced the outline of her lover's shadow. There's always something that I've made recently that compels me forward in the studio. Usually, there will have been something serendipitous in how it came about, making hitting the target again somewhat elusive. That's the way I feel about this one."
