Ingredients:
?8-10 large eggs
?2Tbsp coconut oil
?3 cups veggies of choice:
?sliced sweet potatoes
?sliced zucchini
?sliced red bell pepper
?1 tsp #FlavorGod Pink S+P
?1 tbsp #FlavorGod of choice
Optional: ♦️1/2 lb protein of choice, cooked

Directions:
✏️Preheat oven to 350F.
In large cast iron skillet, heat over medium heat. When warm, add coconut oil and veggies. Cook covered for approx 5-7 minutes. Whisk eggs in a bowl and season with Pink S+P plus FlavorGod of choice.

✏️Pour eggs into skillet and transfer to oven to cook for approx 25-30 minutes or until eggs are set. Perfect for meal prepping and is delicious for any time of the day!
