Much of the speech was devoted to outlining his legacy—creating jobs, expanding healthcare, controlling the cost of college, confronting the risks of climate change—while taking the occasional dig at the #GOP presidential candidates who hope to undo it. “All the talk of America's economic decline is political hot air,” he said. “So is all the rhetoric you hear about our enemies getting stronger and #America getting weaker.
