As tempting as it is to fight fire with fire, when someone decides to attack us via Social Media, responding with anger usually just adds fuel to the flame. It's hard not to respond, but we have to realize, that the attacker is not looking for a logical discussion... they just want to be incendiary. In almost every case, a response results in more anger and frustration, so save yourself the negative cloud on your day, promote positive feedback rather than fighting the negative. When the negativity stops receiving attention, it loses it's power over us.
