Then mayo, onion, @flavorgod garlic lovers sautéed mushrooms, meat, white sharp cheddar, meat, hot melty American cheese, fresh spicy Jalapeño slices, mayo again and lid! - Here's my personal recipe for FlavorGod Sautéed Mushrooms that may be added to any dish especially a burger: - Notes: - Seasoning at the end of the cooking process, instead of the beginning keeps the mushrooms from sweating and releasing steam. We want to sear mushrooms and not steam them. - Make sure mushrooms are dry before entering the pan, either brushing the dirt off or pat dry with paper towel - Ingredients ?2 Tablespoon - butter / or ghee butter ?1/2 Tablespoon - cooking Oil ?½ pound - fresh mushrooms, left whole if small, sliced or quartered if large ?1 tablespoon - parsley / ruff chop ?1 teaspoon - FlavorGod Pink Salt and pepper ?To taste - FlavorGod seasoning / any flavor ?Optional *end of cooking squeeze lemon - Instructions ?Place the skillet over high heat with the butter and oil. ( adding oil with butter makes the butter have a higher smoke point) ?As soon as you see that the butter foams and boils down, indicating its hot enough, add the (dry) mushrooms. ?Toss and mix mushrooms for 4 to 5 minutes. ?Once mushrooms begin to brown. SWITCH TO LOW HEAT and add FlavorGod Pink Salt & Pepper and any Flavorgod Seasoning along with parsley. Sauté over low heat for 1 more minutes. And toss mushrooms with seasoning and parsley. Lemon juice also if you like. - FLAVORGOD.COM
