Plus d’un million de spectateurs sont attendus au 32e Festival d’Harbin, une ville du nord-est la Chine. Ils peuvent dès mardi soir admirer cathédrales, châteaux et autres formes sculptées dans la glace puis illuminées à la nuit tombée. Artistes chinois et néerlandais, avec le concours de plus de 10 000 ouvriers, ont œuvré pendant trois mois pour construire cette féerie hivernale.
