Here are some of the recipes you guys asked for!! Homemade body scrubs for those of you who would rather do it yourself :) I usually take an hour on Sunday's to make all my goodies for the week ie almond milk, tinctures, sprouted hummus etc. It's worth it I promise! (If you can, start collecting glass juice bottles or jars from shops/restaurants instead of throwing them away and put your scrubs in them)
Scrubs:
Grape Seed and Coconut oil for the base (mixed)- a cup
brown sugar (exfoliant)- a cup
A few drops of peppermint oil
Coffee grounds - a cup
OR
Grape Seed and Coconut oil for the base (mixed)- a cup
Finely ground oatmeal- a cup
A few drops of lavender oil
Sea salt (exfoliant)- a cup
