Filet mignon is well known for being tender, juicy, and delicious. This one features an easy recipe with my FlavorGod Pink Salt and Pepper. The sautéed pearl onions are slightly sweet and savory. Perfect!??

Filet mignon sous vide with pearl onions. Simple and so delicious! To make, add @5280meat Filet to a bagggie with a heap of ghee butter and tightly seal. Set sous vide to 135*F and cook for about 45 minutes for medium. Served with pearl onions sautéed in more ghee butter all seasoned with @Flavorgod Seasonings Pink S&P and fresh chopped rosemary and thyme!
