This hair color was done in July sans any toners or adjustments. And the goal was to be light enough for silver which we have achieved for a few months. I rather take 3-4 hours with my client to make sure a color is perfect than crank out quick hair without being 100% confident in my work because I'm trying to compact my schedule or to make more money. I will never be the type of stylist that will compromise hair for instant gratification, yours nor mine. That's not how quality happens. This Balayage color is a great example of "trusting the process" and how to believe that your stylist will get you to where you want to be in the healthiest way with hair that LASTS. "You get what you pay for" is the motto and as stylists let's remember that and give our clients the treatment they deserve. And as clients, remember that if your stylist doesn't want to do something or wants to take a few sessions with you- trust the process.
