2015 - I look back on the last 365 days and this ⬆ exact moment is the one that sticks in my mind. Going from first to last in the final 100m of my World Champs Semi Final. The pain and emptiness I felt was overwhelming.
I probably play those 15 seconds over and over in my head at least once every day. Those 15 seconds are what will keep me hungry, focused and motivated for Rio. It will only be a failure if I do not learn from it and make amends!
Nevertheless, 2015 was still amazing!
