Hi friends.
This year has probably been the best year of my life so far and it' makes me a bit emotional just now looking back.
All my life I've been daydreaming like a mad person about what it would be like to be a succesful musician - dreaming from my bedroom in the suburbs of one day hearing my own voice on the radio. It always seemed like SUCH a far out and unrealistic dream - and actually still does!!?? People sometimes say to me that "I have made it!" and ask me what it's like to be a famous popstar - but u know what, I don't know whether I have made it or if I'm a famous popstar at all, but I do know that it's not within the actual fulfillment of your dreams the happiness lies - It's the journey towards ur goal (whatever that might be) and the struggle, and the experience, and the friendships and the people you meet along the way that makes the dream come true. And not to forget the most important thing - the love and support you receive from the people who supports and believes in u - strangers u don't even know who maybe lives on the other side of the planet! - This is the most extraordinary thing that I have ever experienced!! I do still have a long journey ahead of me, and I'm so excited for 2016 - for the ups and downs and for the new people yet to meet.
I thank @ディプロ for believing and supporting me and @メジャー・レーザー for taking me with them on this incredible adventure we have had with 'Lean On'. I still can't fucking believe it's the most streamed song ever!! I am so thankful - I got to go places this year that I wouldn't have believed in my wildest child feverish fantasy could ever happen!!!! 7 year old Karen would have passed out of excitement! I love u. And I love all of u out there. Thank u for ur love and support - it means EVERYTHING!!
