I convinced myself to get out and do a little stadium workout before my family came over for Christmas Day festivities ??? I jogged to the stadium to do squat jumps & sprints up the big steps! I really felt it in my lungs and my legs are like jello, but I feel GREAT for getting it done! Now I can relax and have a great holiday with my family ?
