We want to share the Most Beautiful Christmas Miracle Ever!!! ??? Nicole is getting within the next hours her heart ❤️ and lung ? transplant... She was very excited and more beautiful than ever getting ready for her surgery last night. All your prayers, good vibes and love thoughts are needed now more than ever. This is it! May God shine his brightest light to guide her dedicated team of surgeons and nurses at Boston Children's Hospital who have cared for her with so much love.
Also please, say a prayer for the family of the generous donor that has given Nico the chance to live and hopefully celebrate her quinces like in her dreams.
