Here's my Gingerbread Red Velvet Mini Cup Cakes

I'm not much of a baker but I love my Cheat Meals!

Ingredients:
?1 box (15 ounce) - cake mix / I used gluten free / or ground up old fashion oats
?2 tbsp - unsweetened cocoa powder
?2 tbsp - Flavorgod GingerBread Cookie Seasoning
?1⁄2cup  butter, softened (no substitues!)
?8ounces -  sour cream
?3 - eggs
?2⁄3cup - milk
?2tablespoons - red food coloring
⭕️Frosting- ingredients:
?8 ounces - cold cream cheese
?5 tbsp - softened butter
?2 teaspoons - pure vanilla extract
?1 cup - powdered sugar
?1 pinch - sea salt

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Combine first 8 ingredients in a large mixing bowl and blend until smooth.

Once combined, spoon mixture into muffin pans lined with cupcake liners.

Bake for 16 – 20 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean when you stick it in the center.

Carefully remove cupcakes from pan and let cool.

Directions Frosting:
Beat the cream cheese, butter, and vanilla until combined.
Add salt.
Gradually add powdered sugar and mix with the mixer until smooth.
Place frosting on cupcakes and garnish with Flavorgod Gingerbread Cookie Seasoning.
