Really enjoyed pacing the Bays night of 5s (5000m races) in Auckland on Tuesday night with @lucyvandalen. It was awesome to see @ellimacrunning run 15.28 and get a #5000m pb, she's so close to the Olympic standard!! watch this space!! Also so happy for @rosaflan who ran 15.56 which was a NZ u20 record and it was her first time doing 5k on track! So amazing!!! And some other pb's too including in the men's race! Even running to 2k at this pace (through in 6.04) felt a long way, as an #800m runner. These girls are so inspiring!!
