Here's my Gingerbread Cookie & Ice Cream Sandwiches

Recipe for cookies, ice cream recipe coming later, for now store bought works.

Ingredients:
✏️1 cup - plain Greek yogurt
✏️2 - ripe bananas
✏️3 - eggs
✏️2 cups - old fashioned oats
✏️3 tbsp - Flavorgod Gingerbread Cookie Seasoning
✏️2 tbsp - raw sugar
✏️1½ tsp. - baking powder
✏️½ tsp. - baking soda
✏️½ cup - chocolate chips or M&Ms

Instructions
?Preheat oven 400F*.
?Add ingredients (except for chocolate chips) to a food processor and process on high until oats are powder and batter is smooth.
?Stir in chocolate chips by hand.
?Spoon batter onto baking sheet
?Sprinkle few chocolate chips on top of cookies
?Bake 10 minutes

Place ice cream in middle of 2 cookies and sprinkle with Flavorgod.
