Two of my dearest pals convinced me, after years of talking about it, to get on stage and finally do some improv with them last night and it was amazing!
May I recommend; Facing a major fear to beat the shit out of any holiday blues you may or may not be feeling. Definitely snapped me out of it and made me so grateful for the people (and dogs) in my life. These three improv geniuses, @bjmcelhaney @nickkocher and @darcycardenfamousphotographer took care of me on stage last night in a way that I think we should all be taking care of each other every single day. Call me crazy, but I really think the rules of improv should and could be a way of life. Sigh.
Let's just all have each other's back and always make each other feel supported and safe!
