What a day. As we woke up, news came from Japan that Homare Sawa was retiring. In a few hours, Abby Wambach will play her last ever game too. They have both won World Cups. In Abby's case, Olympic gold too. Twice. And both were crowned FIFA Women's World Player of the Year.
