Post Vacation check-in: (Ill explain the "WE LOVE YOU NOTE)

I knew going into vacation last week I was gonna do some French fries indulging and I also knew I would gain about 3-4lbs BECAUSE THATS WHAT MY BODY DOES! But I also discovered that my body is changing. I am getting older and staying lean is getting a little bit tougher so instead of fighting to be 190lbs, I am gonna focus purely on aesthetics in 2016. My goal is not gonna be about a number it's gonna be about enhancing what I have. So, I'm starting off the new year with 30 DAYS OF ASYLUM! Yup! I'm going into the gauntlet. Along with @preptfoods I should be up and running.
