@danimalea: When regular old eggs and toast starts to feel routine, I make this toasty fella instead. ?!

Ingredients:
? 3 eggs
? @Flavorgod Seasonings habanero or @Flavorgod Seasonings seasoning of choice, to taste.
? 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
? 1 cup diced green, red, and orange bell peppers
? 5 slices of crispy bacon, broke into small pieces.
? 1 sourdough baguette, center gutted out.
?@Flavorgod Seasonings Himalayan salt & PP, to taste

Instructions:
? place eggs, cheese, bell peppers, cooked bacon and @Flavorgod Seasonings in a medium sized bowl and whisk thoroughly.
? after cutting a large rectangle our of your sourdough and gutting out center, pour egg mixture into center.
? place baguette into oven and cook at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes, or until egg is cooked.
