Attention Pokemon Masters!!! So after spending hours running around Toronto trying to receive Hoopa I realized the event Pokemon is unattainable in Canada. Here's a little trick that will save you ALOT of time! If you change your wireless SSID to "McDonalds Free WiFi" (cap sensitive) with no password and set it as the ONLY connection on your ds and press receive mystery gift via Internet then you can receive the new legendary. Don't forget to set your wifi back after. You can thank me in shiny Pokemon and rare candies ;) #hoopa
