1 cup of cashews
2 cups fresh water
3 tsp Maca powder
3 tsp Lacuma powder
1 can of full-fat coconut milk
6 medjool dates, pitted
4 tsp vanilla extract
4 tbsp spiced rum (optional)
1/2 tsp himalayan pink salt
1 tsp freshly grated nutmeg
Method:
1. Place the cashews in a bowl and cover completely with boiling water, allow to soak for at least 30 minutes.
2. Drain and rinse the cashews, then place in a high-speed blender
3. Add in the remaining ingredients and blend on high again for another two minutes, or until the dates are completely blended
