?preheat oven at 400 degrees
?remove skins from chicken and set aside
?season 2 chicken leg quarters with 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar and 2 tbsp olive oil, @Flavorgod Seasonings garlic lovers seasoning, minced garlic, cayenne pepper, black pepper and oregano
?cover with skins and bake for 1 hour
?remove skins completely, reduce temperature and place back in the oven to cook for another hour at 300 degrees, basting every 15 minutes with juices
?side salad
?4-5 grape tomatoes halved, 2 sweet peppers chopped, and 1 scallion. I also made a little parsley/goat cheese mix with some balsamic vinegar.
