"I think it would be fun if people shared some unique and quirky facts about their dogs that make them imperfectly, perfect for those who know and love them.
So here are some fun facts about Keaton:

1. I’m a 5 year old rescue schnauzer from Vancouver, BC.

2. I’m insatiably curious about insects. I follow them with my nose and wag my tail with unbridled enthusiasm as I follow their movements.

3. I sometimes bark at inanimate objects like my food dish if it’s not positioned to my exact specifications. And yes, I will refuse to eat until my dish has been adjusted to my liking.

4. I’m perfectly comfortable in high mountain terrain, but will avoid at all cost having to transition from one flooring surface to another. For example, hardwood to tiles.

5. I love all of the animal kingdom except woodpeckers. My archenemy is the woodpecker who raps incessantly on the metal flashing of my chimney.

6. Upon return home from the guy who takes too many photos of me, we greet each other with a prolonged “howl session” that can last anywhere from 30 secs to 3 minutes depending on the length of absence.

7. I have selective hearing when it comes to commands like “come here” or “drop that”, but my ability to distinguish the sound of the Cracker Barrel cheese wrapper and immediately come trotting into the kitchen never fails.

8. Upon resting, I must first dig vigorously at my intended drop zone and then turn around 3 times before lying down.

9. My tail acts as my mood indicator. Super curly = Jubilant ?, Semi-Curly = Content ?, Straight = Unimpressed ?, Semi-Down = Annoyed ?, Straight-Down = Melancholic ?
