A candlelight #vigil last night outside San Bernardino County headquarters for victims of the mass shooting that killed 14 people and wounded 21 last week. County offices in San Bernardino opened yesterday morning for the first time since the shooting, with heightened security measures and a pledge by county leaders to try to return life to normal in this shattered community.
